Your agency dashboard is a web panel, not part of the mobile app. Log in with the mobile number and password you created during agency registration to manage invitation links, members, reports and earnings.

Login steps

Open the Chamet agent dashboard
Go to agent.ichamet.com in any browser on desktop or mobile.

Enter your registered mobile number
Use the exact number you verified during Chamet agency registration, with country code.

Enter your agency password
Type the password you created at registration. It is case sensitive.

Complete the security check
Solve the slider or captcha prompt if one appears, then submit.
- 5
Land on your management panel
You now have access to invitation links, member lists, daily reports, earnings and official updates.

Troubleshooting
Login problems and fixes
- Wrong password: passwords are case sensitive — retype it slowly
- Number not found: you have not completed agency registration yet
- No OTP: check WhatsApp, then SMS, then request a new code after 60 seconds
- Captcha loops: clear your browser cache or try another browser
- Blank dashboard: your agent account is still pending verification
- Forgot password: message our team with your Agent ID for a reset walkthrough

- Never share your password or OTP, not even with support staff
- Use a unique password you do not use elsewhere
- Log out of shared or public computers
