Update the Chamet app
Install the latest version from Google Play or our Chamet APK download page. Old versions often fail to log in.

Choose your login method
Tap the same method you used to sign up — phone number, Google or Facebook. A different method creates a new, empty account.

Enter the OTP code
For phone login, type the code sent by SMS. Wait 60 seconds before asking for a new code.

Allow camera and microphone
Grant permissions so calls, face verification and live streaming work after login.

Link your host or agency
New here? Open the official host or agency registration link with companyId 118153 to start earning.
Troubleshooting
Chamet login problems and fixes
OTP code not arriving
Check network signal, the country code (+880, +91, +92) and SMS spam. Wait 60 seconds, then request again. Try Wi-Fi off / mobile data on.
"Network error" on login
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, turn off VPN, clear the app cache in phone Settings, then reopen Chamet.
Logged into an empty account
You used a different method than at sign up. Log out and log in with the original phone, Google or Facebook account.
App closes or freezes
Update Chamet, restart the phone and free up storage. Reinstall if it still crashes — your account is saved online.
Google or Facebook login fails
Make sure you are signed in to the same Google or Facebook account on the phone, and that the date and time are set automatically.
Agency dashboard won't open

Use phone OTP login
If your account is linked to a phone number, logging in with a fresh OTP code is the fastest way back in.

Reset through Google or Facebook
Recover the Google or Facebook account first with their own password reset, then log in to Chamet with it.

Find your Chamet ID on old screenshots, gift records or ask your agency. Support needs it to find your account.

Chamet account banned — what to do
- Read the ban message — it shows the reason and how long the ban lasts
- Common reasons: under 18, fake or stolen photos, nudity, rude behaviour, multiple accounts, sharing outside contact details
- Temporary bans lift automatically — do not create a new account in the meantime
- Appeal through Help & Feedback in the app with your Chamet ID and a short, polite explanation
- Hosts under an agency can ask their agent to escalate the case
- Never pay anyone who promises to "unban" your account — it is a scam

Why can't I log in to Chamet?
The most common causes are an old app version, a missing OTP code, a weak network or using a different login method than at sign up. Update the app and log in with your original method.
How do I recover my Chamet password?
Chamet mostly uses phone OTP, Google or Facebook login. Log in with a new OTP code, or reset your Google or Facebook password first. If you are still locked out, contact support with your Chamet ID.
My Chamet account is banned. What should I do?
Read the reason in the ban message, wait out a temporary ban, and appeal through Help & Feedback in the app with your Chamet ID. Do not create a second account.
Can I log in to the same Chamet account on two phones?
Use one active device at a time. Logging in on many devices or running several accounts can trigger a security check or ban.
