In the app: Profile → Beans → Withdraw → MetWallet. Select Email ID, enter your email, submit the code, then set and confirm a password and tap Authorize.

Visit the MetWallet site and sign in with the same email and password.

Basic verification
Enter your full name, date of birth and residential address.

Semi verification
Upload the front side of a government-issued ID.

Full verification
Upload the back side of the same ID to unlock full withdrawal limits.

Withdraw your earnings
Once verified, agency commission and host beans settle to MetWallet and can be cashed out to your local bank or wallet.

How long does a Chamet withdrawal take?
Balances settle on a weekly cycle. Once a withdrawal request is verified in MetWallet, funds usually reach a local bank or wallet within one to three working days.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
The most common reasons are incomplete ID verification, a bank account whose name does not match your verified ID, or a request below the $10 minimum.
