Chamet Rules for Hosts and Agencies
These are the platform rules every host and agent under our agency must follow. Reading them once protects your account and your earnings — most bans happen because someone skipped this page.
For talents
Host rules
- You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID.
- Face verification is mandatory before earning or withdrawing.
- One person, one account — accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
- Your face must be clearly visible while streaming; no photos or videos of other people.
- Nudity, sexual content, alcohol, drugs, weapons and violence are strictly banned.
- No harassment, hate speech or discrimination against any user.
- Do not ask users for money, external payments or contact outside the app.
- Withdrawals must go to a bank or wallet in your own verified name.
For agents
Agency rules
- Keep at least 10 active hosts streaming a minimum of one hour every day.
- You may not recruit hosts who already belong to another Chamet agency.
- You may not move Chamet hosts to competing applications.
- Never charge hosts a joining, training or withdrawal fee.
- Never deduct anything from a host's rightful earnings.
- Fake accounts, bot traffic and fake gifting are permanently banned.
- Support your hosts with training, schedules and event planning.
- Follow every official Chamet announcement and policy update.
Platform-wide
Application rules
- You cannot recruit hosts who already belong to another Chamet agency.
- You may not move Chamet hosts to competing applications.
- Agents must never deduct extra fees from a host's rightful earnings.
- Nudity, harassment and any illegal content are strictly banned and lead to a permanent ban.
- One person, one account — sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.
- Withdrawals must go to an account whose ID matches the verified profile.
Zero tolerance
What gets an account banned
- Sexual or nude content on camera
- Being under 18 or using someone else's ID
- Multiple accounts owned by one person
- Fake gifting or recharge fraud
- Poaching hosts from another agency
- Asking hosts or users for money outside the app
Bans are issued by Chamet, not by us. If you believe a ban was a mistake, contact our team with your ID and we will raise it with the platform. Support hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (GMT+6), 7 days a week.
